Adam Sundh is currently a Sport Scientist for the Chicago Bears in the NFL during the 2023-2024 season while pursuing his Master's degree in Sport Physiology and Performance Coaching at Carroll University. Adam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a level 2 USA Weightlifting Coach (USAW-2). At Carroll University, Adam has served as the Assistant Human Performance Coach (Head of S&C and Sport Science) for the Men's Basketball team and the Men's and Women's Lacrosse teams. Additionally, Adam is pursuing research within the Carroll University Sport Performance Institute on Accentuated Eccentric Loading during the back squat and countermovement jump. Previously, Adam graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from North Park University while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology. He achieved Academic All-Conference honors at both Lindenwood University and North Park University during his undergraduate experience.
