Hello, my name is Emma Nwachukwu. I am a graduate student at Southern Utah University. Playing football in high school helped me discover my love for resistance training. I graduated with my bachelor's in exercise science in the year 2020. During this time I was also a hammer thrower on Southern Utah's women's track and field team.
