James Henley is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kennesaw State University. After graduating from high school in 2003 he joined the US Army as a Combat Engineer where he found a passion for fitness and health. Later transferring to the US Air Force as a Aircraft Rescue Firefighter James took on the role of physical training leader and began implementing HIFT training for the department increasing PT scores and pass rates. In 2019 he left the military to pursue a B.S. in Exercise Science at KSU as well as becoming involved with research. In fall 2023 James will begin his M.S. of Exercise Science at KSU and the position of GTA. James has also been nominated as the Vice President of the Exercise Science Master's Club for the 2023/2024 academic year.
