Brad Leshinske Ph.D., CSCS*D, CPSS is an Assistant Professor and Director of Exercise Science undergrad and graduate programs at Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Leshinske has been a practitioner for 19 years working as a strength and conditioning professional and teaching in higher education for the last 8 years. As a practitioner, Dr. Leshinske works with St. Laurence High School where he oversees all the programming and data analytics. Dr. Leshinske has been a member of the NSCA since 2004 and received his CSCS credentials in 2005. Dr. Leshinske's research interests include strength and conditioning in the high school sector, data analytics specifically within the HS sector, periodization, and higher educational learning practices. He received his Ph.D. in Human Performance from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2021.
