Dr Thomas Gee is a Senior Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom. His research interests include the effect of acute and longitudinal resistance training interventions on performance and bodyweight management practices of athletes. His PhD was titled ‘Recovery of Muscle Function following Strength Training in Rowers’, he has also achieved Fellowship status of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. He is a UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coach and NSCA CSCS and actively provides strength and conditioning support to University based athletes. He has previously competed in IPF World and European Powerlifting Championships.
