Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning
University of Lincoln
Harry Dorrell Ph.D, Lecturer, University of Lincoln. Having successfully completed my Ph.D in 2019, focusing on velocity-based training, I am now the module lead and lecturer on the BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning in Sport undergraduate degree at the University of Lincoln, UK. My main research focus is on the use of data to inform strength and conditioning practices in real time, and has recently focused upon the manipulation of resistance training intensity via real-time monitoring of mean concentric lift velocity. Alongside this I also have a keen interest in the validation of wearable sports technology, sports supplementation and performance, and strength and power training methods.
