Rosie Perez is currently a Master's student at Oklahoma State University with an emphasis in Health and Human Performance. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science. She is one of the research interns for the Tactical Fitness and Nutrition Lab. Rosie’s research has primarily investigated the physical and physiological characteristics of Army ROTC cadets. She has also helped with research looking into the health and fitness characteristics of police officers and firefighters. She plans to continue working alongside tactical populations with the hopes to optimize health and performance.
