Sam Dardaman, M.S., CSCS, RSCC, earned her Bachelor's in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and her Master's in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler. After years of coaching strength & conditioning and sports performance, she has come to believe that both physical and mental preparation are essential for success in sport, and this is reflected in the focus of her work and research interests. Sam is now pursuing her PhD in the Psychosocial Aspects of Sport & Exercise at the University of North Texas. At UNT, Sam instructs undergraduate courses in strength & conditioning and is the founder of the UNT Strength & Conditioning Club. It is her aspiration to continue to enrich the strength & conditioning community through furthering research and mentoring the next generation of coaches.
