Nick Kuhlman, MS, CSCS, is a PhD student studying sport/exercise physiology and an anatomy & physiology instructor at Springfield College. With eight years’ experience as a strength and conditioning coach and two years's experience as a department director, Nick has a led several applied sport science initiatives at the collegiate level. To date, Nick has contributed two publications to the workload monitoring literature and his dissertation research involves the use of ultrasonography and myotonometry to assess changes in morphological and mechanical properties of tendons in field- and court-sport athletes.
