Chris Proppe is a graduate student at the University of Central Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Texas Christian University and his master’s degree in exercise science from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and certified athletic trainer (ATC). His research interests include neuromuscular adaptations to physical activity, pain management, and blood flow restriction exercise. He is currently part of the Exercise Physiology Intervention and Collaboration laboratory at UCF under Dr. Ethan Hill.
