Jessica Prather is a recent exercise physiology master's graduate and is currently a research assistant in the Human Performance Lab at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor under the direction of Dr. Lem Taylor. She has been a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2020 and is prepping for the CSCS.
