Erika Viramontes, MS, CSCS

My name is Erika Viramontes, and I graduated with my bachelors and masters degrees from California State Univeristy, Fullerton, and am also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As of today, I am currently a research assistant at California State Univeristy, Fullerton focusing on tactical strength and conditioning research, and high school strength and conitioning research with Dr. Robert Lockie as my advisor. I plan on pursuing a doctorate degree in the near future to be able to teach at the college-level.
