Graduate Research Assistant

Dayton Sealey is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. He has been in this role since August of 2021 and will graduate in August 2023 with his master’s degree in Physical Education Exercise Science.
Dayton has been at the university for 7 years, finding and fulfilling his passion for training middle and high school athletes. He believes in a holistic approach to training but has an added love for speed development. His focus is to improve performance in a fun environment, leading to confident and competent lifelong athletes.
He currently is the strength coach at a local high school and Coordinator of Performance at Loper Performance, a youth training program through the university. Some of his past experiences include an internship at Landow Performance in Denver, CO in January 2022 and hired as a Summer Strength Coach at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL in summer of 2022.
