I am Alysson Enes, M.Sc., and currently I am a Ph.D. student at Federal University of Paraná. I work in Metabolism, Nutrition and Strength Training Research Group. My main interest is in strength and conditioning, with an emphasis on how to manipulate resistance training variables to maximize strength and hypertrophy adaptations.
